WKMIT - Workshop ICAI 2021 ONLINE

The Program Committee invites to the submission of original contribution for the symposium, to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Facultad Regional Buenos Aires (ONLINE). WKMIT is an annual event intended to be an important forum of the Knowledge Management (KM) community, organized by the Grupo GEMIS.

The workshop aims at providing a forum for researchers and KM community members to discuss and exchange ideas and experiences on diverse topics of KM. It also seeks to strengthen a space for discussion of innovative ideas, development of emerging technologies and practical experiences related to Knowledge Management in general and each of its technologies in particular.

Due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, ICAI Workshops 2021 will be held ONLINE in collaboration with the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Facultad Regional Buenos Aires located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 28 to 30 October 2021. It is organized by the ITI Research Group that belongs to the Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas and the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Facultad Regional Buenos Aires.

Submission

We welcome the submission of original papers that have not been published anywhere else. Papers submitted to this workshop need to follow Springer's LNCS format (either LaTeX or Word). Authors shall refer to Springer's guidelines. We distinguish between full papers (10-15 pages) and short papers (5-9 pages). All papers have to be written in English. The inclusion of ORCID is highly encouraged for all authors.

All submitted papers are reviewed by at least 3 experts. This workshop undergoes a double-blind peer review process. The initial submission shall consist of a PDF file with all information identifying the authors removed, including any acknowledgment section. Submissions are handled through EasyChair.

Authors of accepted papers need to provide all source files, i.e., either a .docx file for Word users or all LaTeX source files (.tex, .bib) as well as any assets (e.g., figures). At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register at the main ICAI conference (see below).

Proceedings will be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication. Authors of accepted papers have to sign the Author Agreement to Publish a Contribution as Open-Access on CEUR-WS.org. CEUR-WS.org requires authors to physically sign with pencil on paper.

Presentation Guidelines

Accepted papers will be presented during the workshop. Authors are required to prepare a presentation of 15 minutes, followed by a questions and answers of 5 minutes. All presentations must be given in English.
